CBDpharmX Shipping Policy

Shipping

CBDpharmX ships orders primarily through USPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders on the same day if they are placed before 10:30 AM Mountain Time Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.

Shipping Methods

CBDpharmX offers free USPS Priority shipping on orders $50.00+. All orders under $50.00 will pay a flat rate of $8.00. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $50.00 – this does not include taxes or discounts.

Ship To All 50 States

CBDpharmX can ship to all 50 states using USPS, including PO Boxes.

Ship Outside Of The United States

CBDpharmX does not currently ship outside the United States.

Ship To Military Bases

CBDpharmX can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $50.00 before taxes and discounts, and a flat rate of $8.00 for all orders under $50.00.

Changes in Shipping Addresses

Please contact our customer service at 888- 322-0655 to confirm if your order is still being processed or has been shipped. If the order is still being processed, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address.

Tracking Orders

Weekend Shipping

CBDpharmX does not offer shipping services on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Time Policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10:30 AM Mountain Time (MT) go out on the same day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Order Not Received 

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 888- 322-0655.

Returns

CBDpharmX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right – simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of CBDpharmX.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.
